I upgraded to windows 11 from windows 10.  All drivers have been installed except the above screenshot.  I have downloaded it from the HP official website "sp78980" but didn't work for me. Any suggestions, please?

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try manually installing the driver as follows...

Go to the device manager.  Click on the HP lt4132 device needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran sp78980.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp78980.

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and see if the driver installs that way
