HP Laptop 15s-fq2024nq
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I downloaded and installed the drivers for my laptop, 15s-fq2024nq, from here: https://support.hp.com/en-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-f2000-laptop-pc-series/35900344/model/ 2100381726. However, I can't connect to the wi-fi network, the touchpad doesn't work and there are probably other components that don't work but I haven't discovered yet.

Please help!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues installing the drivers on the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the exact issue you are facing?

Why are you installing the drivers?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you perform a system restore back to the date when everything was working fine on the computer.

The laptop is new, I just bought it, without Windows installed. And because the network card was not recognized by windows, it could not make its own updates, hence the rest of the problems. In the meantime, I solved the problem, found a solution among the posts in the HP community. Thanks anyway for answering my question.
