Hello.
My HP notebook doesn't have bluetooth. I would like to know which are the compatible dual band cards for my laptop.

Hi, @ErickLDreaven
If your notebook currently has two antenna cables connected to the wifi card in there now, you can upgrade to this dual band AC wifi card with bluetooth.
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0 HP Part #710661-001
Consult the service manual for the wifi card R & R procedures to check that out. Do not rely on the pictures in the manual to make that determination.
That model wifi card should be easily available on Amazon or eBay. Shouldn't cost more than $20 - $25.
Do your search by the HP part number, not the model of the wireless card.

No DUAL BAND listed in your manual but there is a COMBO card (WiFi/Bluetooth)
Ralink RT3290LE 802.11 bgn 1×1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combo adapter 690020-001

Thanks for answering my question.
I checked my wifi card and it only has one cable connected.
I found these cables in amazon . Could the combined antenna work if I install the other cable?

You're very welcome.
That is unfortunate.
I am not an electronics tech by trade or training, so I can't say if it would work or not.
The antennas are supposed to be 'tuned' to the wifi card, and I'm thinking the only way it would really work right is if you ordered the set of HP antennas and installed the second one where it was originally routed (inside the display).
Antenna Kit (includes left and right wireless antenna cables and transceivers and 2 rubber screws) HP Part # 776770-001
The part is not for sale by HP but there are single antenna units for sale on eBay.
You can refer to chapter 6 for the major disassembly procedures required to properly install the antenna cable.

Hello there,
I bought the Intel Wireless-N 7260 7260hmw card, and I took the bluetooth cable from an old sony laptop.
It have been working perfect so far (8 days). The wi-fi and the bluetooth are very stable and them have a good coverage range.
Now I can stop using wired devices and have free all my usb ports.
Thanks so much for your help with this.
