Hello, 

I'm looking to upgrade my Dv7-6c95dx wifi card so that it supports 5g and if possible maybe bluetooth to free up a USB port but not needed. Is there a wifi card out there that is compatible? I have the model with CPU Intel Core7 2670qm not the AMD.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to upgrade the wireless card on your computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I checked the specifications of your computer and see that HP has not tested any 5GHz wireless cards on your computer. However, you can install a 5GHz wireless card on your computer and should work fine.

 

Personally, I recommend you use a USB 5GHz wireless and Bluetooth dongle which is easier to install and use.
