@Divyadaks, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Reset the Earbuds
Sometimes, resetting the earbuds can help establish a fresh connection. Here's how to do it:
Remove both earbuds from the charging case and ensure they are turned off. If they don't power off automatically, press and hold the touch controls on each earbud for about 5–10 seconds until they turn off.
Place both earbuds back into the charging case.
Press and hold the touch controls on both earbuds simultaneously for about 10–15 seconds. You might see the LEDs blink rapidly or change color, indicating a reset.
Remove the earbuds from the case. They should pair with each other first. Wait 5–10 seconds. If only one earbud blinks, it means they've synced.
Unpair and Re-pair with Your Phone
Forget the earbuds on your phone:
For Android:
Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.
Tap the gear icon next to your HP H150 earbuds and select Forget.
For iPhone:
Go to Settings > Bluetooth.
Tap the "i" icon next to your HP H150 earbuds and select Forget This Device.
Restart both your phone and the earbuds.
Enable Bluetooth on your phone and open the charging case of the earbuds. The earbuds should enter pairing mode automatically.
Select your HP H150 earbuds from the list of available devices on your phone to pair.
I hope this helps.
