Hi I upgraded my windows 10 after that my Bluetooth is not working it's not showing in device manager and also while I go in setting it shows no Bluetooth Hardware available. It was working in previous version but not now. I checked my wifi card and it's good nothing wrong in hardware it is intel celerion advance N 6205. Also my mice mute button is not working which is on f8 there is nothing wrong in keyboard f8 key works but not mutting mic.

Note that the Intel advanced N 6205 wifi card is not a combination wifi/Bluetooth adapter.

Below is the link to the service manual.
Chapter 3 has the list of supported wifi adapters.
I recommend that you replace the existing wifi adapter with this one...
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0 HP part # 710661-001.
You should be able to find this model card on eBay.
Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.
For the Mute button not working, the only suggestion I can offer would be to install the Hotkey support software.

Thanks for wifi card information but I tried the driver for hotkeys but mute button still not working. I'm not getting the actual reason because function buttons working properly all other hotkeys are working like keyboard backlight and sound buttons but this only mute button is not working. Hope you have any other solution for it
