Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-dr1008ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 3 computer in my home 2 windows and 1 mac plus cell phone.. I have a printer error on only my windows 10 HP laptop.

I have reinstalled every Epson program for model and still have an error on my printer. It started about 1 week ago and am not able to pin point what I did to deserve this.

 

Any help would be appreciated

Since you're using an Epson WP-3720 printer, I just wanted to let you know that HP Tech Support only provides assistance for HP products.

 

For your Epson printer issue (especially since it's affecting only your Windows 10 HP laptop), the best thing to do would be to contact Epson Support directly. They'll have the right tools and software support to get everything running smoothly again for your specific printer model.
