Tnx, I saw on screen that the command should be ipconfig /all instead of -all, is that correct?
This is the result I got back:

Hi
No doubt you are correct, I typed the W10 one I use, so egg on my face again.
I only see a slight difference in that the usual IP is 192.168.0.xxx or 192.168.1.xxx
but yours is 192.168.2.xxx and that does not make it wrong.
So I am unsure what to suggest.

Hi
The first ping 127 shows a device installed.
Ping to 192.168.2 .1 is your gateway and that works.
Ping 13.107.4.52 is to internetbeacon.msedge.net and that works.
So the device you used has internet access at a low level.
Was it your WiFi? IE no ethernet cable fitted?

Hi
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.2.254
DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.2.254
Should your Default Gateway be 192.168.2.1 as per the ping?
Can you amend the DNS servers and remove the 192.168.2.254?
