Hi, I keep getting an error message on one 'users' side of our laptop. I have taken a photo of it, it revolves around, between two screens, I have attached both photos.

Can anyone help please?

What do they mean?IMG_20210424_191032_345.jpgIMG_20210424_191035_006.jpg

Hello
but when exactly do you receive this message
The image just shows a shortcut, and the error mentions that an application is missing
so is it when you click on the shortcut?

Thanks for the reply, it is not on my user account, my other half, who is not that aux fait with computers!! He thought it was on his **bleep** account, but he does listen to quite a lot of youtube videos. I have just done a search, and is it to do with a speaker?

I have tried to ascertain when it happens, but it is difficult!

You are not able to 'click' on it, as soon as you move the mouse, it disappears! (just seen that his specific email account has been deleted, but hope it still makes sense).

I had not seen the first image
the question remains for the second image!

Ok, first the two messages seem to be displayed, alternately, as soon as you move the mouse, they go. I will try to get some clearer info, when my partner logs on next, may be later today.

I believe I have Windows 10. Is the SKU number what you want? It is 9HJ75EA#ABU. I cannot see a serial number anywhere, and have tried searching for it, but no luck yet.

It is Windows 10 home, version 2004

Thanks for replies so far. Have tried:

"https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-other_settings/win32bridge-server-prob...see this, it might be related to Cortana"

Have reset Cortana, on both users sides, have yet to see if it has resolved the issues.

Realtek is something to do with the speakers on my laptop......... have just discovered......

Will post again in a couple of days if problem has been resolved.
