My question is if it is possible to connect a standard ethernet cable with an appropiate eternet to HMI plug (R) into the existing HDMI port.
If you attempt to do this the notebook yields error 651.
Theoretically this type connection is possible?
Question: can this type issue in an HP streambook 11 be resolved or does there exist a fundamental conflict that can not be resolved through reconfiguration of windows 10 software.
How to procede if all is possible is a subsequent question.
Thank you for your expert advise,
Sincerely yours,

Assuming that the ethernet cable is actually carrying normal network traffic, there is nothing that converting that connection to HDMI can display. There are connection devices that use Cat 5 or Cat 6 ethernet cabling for long distance HDMI but those are speciality devices and one at each end of the ethernet cable is needed to make the conversion. HDMI into sending device to ethernet cat 6 cable, then to distant receiving device and then back to HDMI to connect viewing device ( monitor, TV, projector)
I'm not an HP employee.
