Hi,
Forum members,
From a long time I am facing the ethernet connection problem after updating to windows 10 home. After updating the anniversary update, I was treing to update the updters update, but I couldn't update it successfully. When I checked the ethernet connection switching off the Wi-Fi, after every diagnosis, in the last I have only got the result, "Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration."
After that I had contect my service provider. They checked my laptop and said that the problem is in your laptop ! You should refer to any windows 10 expert.
The fact is that my laptop is being connected by the Wi-Fi but the other problem is that the brower is not opening due to the unwanted pop up is coming to update the Adob Flash Player again and again without any further proccess. At the end the pop up "This page can't be displayed " comes.
After that I reset my OS to Windos 8.1 and after updating I checked by HP Support assistant . I found that the Network Access Protection is switched off. Then I Switched on searching the proccess anyway.
I had reset my router also many times and changed the properties of IP4 maually and automatically.
So, these are the two main problems I am facing on my laptop.
By the HP Support Assistat summery, I also found that
1. Wired LAN 1 RealtekPCIe FE Family Controller Not connected
2. Wireless LAN 1 Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter Not connectd
Have you any proper solutions ? Please, help me. I am tired. Thankig you.
