Product: Compaq CQ58
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older
My Compaq CQ58 windows 8 laptop F12 orange light button stays on. I can not turn this light off and my laptop would not connect to the wireless Internet. My wireless internet option was also missing. I can only connect into the Internet through a ethernet cable. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

It may be a hardware failure, can you run a diagnostic?
