Meet Goto software download corrupted my PC and downloaded a bad version of Windows Package Manager (winget)  which cut me off from the internet. I have windows 10.  I started getting this message:

Issues found -The Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware-related problems. The Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware-related problems Not fixed Not Fixed

The wireless network adapter is experiencing problems Failed

A network cable is not properly plugged in or may be brokenA network cable is not properly plugged in or may be broken Not fixed Not Fixed

Once I deleted that version  which downloaded with Meet GoTo from my pc my internet access came back. I was getting ready to call my internet provider and or do all kinds of resetting and recovering.  Yikes!
