When i try the pairing it found the device but after 5 seconds become asscociated but no connected.
I've try with:
- Bluetooth audio adapter PHILIPS AEA2000/12

The error displayed is: Operation failed. Verify that the Bluetooth device is still discoverable, then try again.
I've try the update of Drive, with reset windows but no result.

I can't get parts list of your machine but it has 802.11b/g/n (1x1) and Bluetooth 4.0 combo (Miracast compatible). Please check what is its current wifi card (Broadcom, Intel or Realtek) then download Bluetooth driver (same brand with wifi) for it then install to your machine.
Regards.

Hi,
I had already downloaded the drivers, both for bluetooth and for wifi, Broadcom. But I did not solve anything.
The card that I mount is a bcm43142.
