Product: HP 17 Laptop PC 17-c2000 (4V792AV)

Recently Fidium Fiber connected my home to their Fiber Optic Internet via a ADTRAN 854-V6 Wi-Fi Router.  Have connected the following without any problem: Dell Desktop and Laptop Computers, Amazon Tablets and ROKU Streaming Players.  When I attempted to connect my wife's new HP 2063 Laptop I receive a notice stating "Cannot Connect at This Time" or "Password/Key Incorrect".   Have contacted Fidium Fiber regarding this, their answer is since your connecting other devices there's no problem with your router.   Since then I ran a CAT 6 Cable from the ADTRAN Router to my NETGEAR 

R6250 Wi-Fi Router without any problems.  Also noticed my Dell Computers and Amazon Tablets connect without any problems.  When I first had the connection problems with the ADTRAN Router I accessed the HP Website and updated the Realtek RTL8821CE Wireless Network Cards Drivers.  Also completed Microsoft Windows Updates all without any success.  If anyone has had the same problem regarding Fidium Fiber what was done to correct the problem.
