Welcome to our HP User Forum!
To find the IP address of your HP ENVY 4500 E-All-In-One Printer, you can follow these steps:
- Make sure your printer is connected to the same network as your computer or mobile device.
- On the control panel of your printer, locate and press the "Wireless" or "Settings" button. It may vary depending on your printer model: c03784120.pdf (hp.com).
- Navigate through the printer's settings menu and look for an option called "Network" or "Wireless Setup Wizard."
- Select the "Network" or "Wireless Setup Wizard" option to start the process.
- The printer will scan for available wireless networks. Wait for the scan to complete.
- Once the scan is finished, a list of available networks will be displayed on the printer's screen.
- Look for your network name (SSID) on the list and select it.
- If your network requires a password, you will be prompted to enter it. Use the printer's control panel buttons to enter the password.
- After successfully connecting to your network, the printer will display the IP address on its screen. Take note of this IP address for future reference.
Alternatively, you can also print a network configuration page from your printer, which typically includes the IP address along with other network details:
Once you have obtained the IP address, you can use it to access your printer's web interface or configure printer settings as needed.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
