Fluctuating WiFi Connection

Hi I just bought a HP Laptop 17-ca1xxx and the weak, constantly fluctuating connection makes doing anything impossible. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers but nothing is working. The internet will be 'ok' for about 2 minutes, and then dive to nearly 2000 ms for a minute before returning.

It works fine when I can connect directly to the router in the kitchen (only place with a phone line) with an ethernet cable but keeping it like that forever is impossible, especially because since I use the pc for work and going to the library which require wireless connections.

I've had to go back to using my 2012 Sony laptop because of this computer's connection problems.

So what/which Wi-Fi adapter is it?

Copy, Paste and Save in Notepad, as LBB.bat (not a .TXT) and double click to run.
Preferably run as an Administrator.
OR
Copy and use the individual command lines as needed.

A tip C:\cd..      twice   and then C:\cls   will make sure the name is not shown.

The newer drivers have not been installed?
