Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The issue is related to the Intel Wireless Bluetooth update 23.110.0.4. The solution is to revert to an earlier driver (in my case, 23.60.0.1). I used HP Driver Update to reverse the Intel driver update.

Correction: I used Norton Update to revert to the earlier version. My computer is an HP ProBook 440 14 inch G10 Notebook PC.
