HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have downloaded an app, the camera app for the go laptop shows a grey screen with “camera loading”. 
I have uninstalled the camera app, reinstalled it. Checked for updates, camera settings are all on. 
why is this happening? 
please help!!!
