how can I fix it or I will have to buy another Wi-Fi device?

You're very welcome.

The only other possibility would be to check websites that discuss BIOS modifications and see if someone has written a BIOS mod that removes the BIOS whitelist for your notebook's model series.

Just note that a BIOS mod could wreck your PC if it doesn't work.

Hi:

Your notebook has a BIOS whitelist which prevents the installation of any wifi adapter except the one that originally came with your PC.

Not only that, but it must have the same HP part number on it or it won't work.

The only way you can upgrade to a dual band wifi adapter in your notebook's model series would be to purchase an external USB wifi adapter.

Thanks for the hint, I know about the white list and  I bought therefore the device from this list is an Intel company
