Product: HP 14-DK1032WM Laptop with Ethernet LAN and WIFI
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi. I just purchased new HP 14-DK1032WM Laptop with Ethernet and WIFI. I like to work on my laptop Offline : How do I disable IPv4 and IPv6 Ethernet and WIFI in HP Laptop BIOS? There seems to be no option to disable IPv4 IPv6 Network in this BIOS. I disabled Ethernet and WIFI in Windows 11 Settings, Services, and Device Manager. Thanks.

Very simple: don't use them to connect to any Network OR you can disable them from Device Manager: Right click each device and select disable.
