Hello,
I recently purchased the HP 15-DY5033DX. The wifi has never functioned properly. It keeps disconnecting and also disconnects my phone (Pixel .) i thought it was my internet connection, but my old laptop doesn't have the issue. After googling, it looks like it may the the wireless adapter realtek rtl8822ce 802.11ac pcie. This seems to be a problematic adapter for a lot of people. I've done searches and have done what i can with the computer knowledge i have. i'm not an expert. I've tried different drivers. i've tried changing the bios settings, disconnecting and reseting modems/adapters, but the connection keeps dropping. This is a new computer, i shouldn't be having these issues. please help.
Also, i purchased this computer at best buy buy on 4/5/24. I tried taking it store yesterday 4/23/24 but they wouldn't help me with my problem because i didn't purchase the warranty and it was past the 14 days to return or exchange.
Thank you.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the RTL8822ce Wi-Fi adapter driver to the latest version HP has:
Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers
