Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D118AV)

I have an HP-15 laptop (15s-fq2000). When I power it back up, the Wi-Fi download speed is slow, on the order of   60 Mb/s.  If I open Device Manager and disable/re-enable the network adapter (Realtek RTL8821CE), the download speed is back to about 300 Mb/s where it should be.  According to the HP website & utilities, all drivers are the latest available.
