Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I have an HP 15 Notebook PC, windows 8.1 and I am not sure if it is 32 or 64 bit.  I did not see this computer in the list of product names.

I just switched my internet provider from Cox to T-Mobile 5G Nokia Router wireless.   All my devices hookup wireless to this router except the HP 15 Notebook.  I can use the cable from the computer to the router and can get on the internet but not wireless.  The computer was hooked up wireless when I had cox.  From what T-Mobile tells me there service is a Dynamic IP address and I would need to talk to  HP to figure out how to connect wireless.  I did added the network name and I think I did it correct, however it does not show up.  Can you  help.
