Hp Omen 15 (Product number: P7F33PA#ABG)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey, I have a HP Omen laptop that seems to have a faulty network card  that crashes, disconnects, can't connect to remembered networks and regularly slows down to a crawl and I was wondering how I would go about fixing or replacing it with the same or better network card or if it could be anything else causing this issue as this seems to be killing my battery and is definitely hindering my ability to do my UNI work and to game.

The steps I've already taken to try fix this issue are:

  • Reset the network adapter
  • Uninstall the drivers and all software tied to it and reinstalled all
  • Tried different modems
  • Used all Windows and HP provided diagnostic software and forms
  • Moved as close as I can to the modem
  • Reset my laptop
  • Reformatted my laptop
  • Reinstalled Windows from a HP Recovery USB Drive
  • Have done a clean install of Windows 10 64bit from a Microsoft 10 home USB
  • Uninstalled all antivirus and reinstalled
  • Checked Firewall settings in windows and my antivirus
  • Fully updated Windows, all my HP drivers and Intel drivers
  • Have followed all the CMD commands I could find to fix this

My Laptops details are:

HP OMEN Notebook

Product number: P7F33PA#ABG

Network card: Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260

Thank you,

Josh.
