Good afternoon, I can not turn on wifi HP 15-ra047ur, after installing Windows 7 professional 64bit, the driver for wifi is installed. Red cross on wifi badge. When installing windows 10 wifi work.Please help.

Hi:
Your notebook is only supported for the W10 operating system.
The wifi adapter won't work on W7 unless you remove it and mask a couple of the contacts.

I was able to get W10 x64 by clicking on the blue Update Now button and it activated.

You're very welcome.
Here is a picture of what the wifi card looks like (see below).
I have never done this before but according to what Mark posted, you remove the card, you turn the card upside down and count from the edge furthest away from the 2 notches, count nine pins in and then mask off the next 2 pins that should be 54 and 56.
So since this picture is not upside down, here is what I think...
On the left side of the picture, you count in 9 pins. Then you mask the next two pins with some tape.
So the way I see it it looks like this....the XX are the two pins you cover (mask) with tape.
