HP 15z-ef2000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I've noticed a while ago, though never looked into it, that the HP 15z-ef2000 doesn't have the usual power management options in control panel as my old HP laptop. Is there a reason why? Could I get it back?

More specifically, the only power plan option in control panel is "Balanced" whereas there was "Performance" and High Performance profiles before. I believe it wasn't removed with windows, so the seems like something HP might be doing. Any ideas?

Windows 10 only has Balanced for preset plan on Power options. You can use Custom Plan(s) as you wish nad you can name whatever you like.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't there be options for me to change the plan to? :https://prnt.sc/20x2e8z

Similar to this on my other HP laptop: https://prnt.sc/20x2eil

Windows 11 machines show different way but all my Windows 10 machines have

You can use Create a Power plan to suit your requirement.

Kind of weird question.

Does HP systems always support Standby S3 mode?

Because running "powercfg /a" shows this system is only capable of Standby S0 whereas the other laptop supports S3 but not S0. Is there a way to enable S3 instead of S0?
