Product: HP 250 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (780Q8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

 

I bougth two HP 250 G10 Notebooks. None of them can find any Bluetooth device in Windows 11 24H2.

 

I've tried all the Troubleshootings:

The Device Manager sais Realtek Wireless Bluetooth Adapter works properly, Drivers are up to date and enabled. Bluetooth is activated, the devices (Phone and earphones) I want to connect work properly with Bluetooth on other Notebooks. I've tried to restart all devices, use the HP troubleshooting-Software, but I couldn't get it fixed. Can anyone help?
