Product: HP 250 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I buy a new HP laptop. After installing Windows WI-FI worked very slowly. I instaled a lot of drivers, not only for my my model and nothing. I'm working on this for two hours and still nothing. I don't know what do next. Cool new laptop... 😞

If your notebook has the Broadcom wireless network adapter, this would be the best W8.1 driver to use...

That would be the only suggestion I can offer, other than to contact HP technical support for further assistance.
