I've tried many things, downloaded every single driver available on the HP website, considering there is no wifi or LAN driver, just a bluetooth driver. I don't know what to do anymore. I've looked in device manager countless times, changed settings in bios, updated, reinstalled on win 10, reinstalled on win 11 with factory settings, nothing worked so far. Only thing that works is plugging in a Wi-Fi antenna, but that's not what the customer wants. Please help.

The laptop is completely new, and we even bought another one, but it's the exact same model, and the exact same issue.

Your notebook probably has a Realtek Wi-Fi adapter.

Below is the link to the latest Realtek Wi-Fi driver versions HP currently has for the Realtek Wi-Fi adapters:

sp168341.exe

The model series does not come with an ethernet adapter, which is why there are no ethernet drivers listed.
