Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 8710 printer is not being found by my laptop although it shows as connected to the same network. It has been connected fine for some years. Tried HP scan and doctor which found printer after rebooting router and printer but still showing as Offline when trying to print. Please help.
