Product: HP Chromebook x360 14a

New HP Chromebook x360 14a is having issues with crashing my network when trying to connect.  OR connecting and trying to update and then it crashes my network.

Hi. I just got the same type of laptop and it is doing literally the same thing. It is crashing my wifi network after a couple of seconds of being connected. I tried contacting my internet provider and resetting my modem. Nothing.
