I am very mad at HP Support system. My laptop had problem getting connected to a Wi-Fi network. First of all it doesn't provide any chat or remote connection support after the device warranty is expired. I had to use Facebook chat and that is very inconvenient with very low frequent responses (every 20 mins ) and the person doesn't pay attention to the things I say and is not informed I had to chat for days with no result. Second, it is not supported in every country the website is banned for Iran IP addresses. I have bought the laptop in Italy but I am currently residing in Iran but there is no support whatsoever. After that I contacted Microsoft and they remotely connected to my laptop and they fixed the issue. It is really unacceptable that you discriminate your customers because of location and warranty!!!!
