Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi and hello,
we have a problem with the Realtek LAN driver of the USB-C docking station G5.
Background:
We have around 200 HP ZBook Firefly 15.6-inch G7 and around 200 HP Elitebook 15.6-inch G7 with the USB-C docking station G5 in use.
The notebooks and docking stations are all up to date with the latest BIOS and firmware.
The latest driver for the Realtek USB Gbe Family Controller is installed.
Unfortunately, we now have the problem that there are permanent short "connection breaks" in teams sessions, i.e. the sound is always gone for about 2 seconds.
The network is also very slow.
This problem can be found very often in connection with the Realtek LAN cards in internet forums.
We have already tried various troubleshooting attempts and have found:
If we take a Realtek driver from 2015, everything is ok. The LAN is fast and there are no more crashes.
The driver instead of the drivers built into Windows.
But it cannot be that you have to use a 7-year-old driver to have a stable network.
Likewise, we cannot manually switch the driver to an old driver on 400 devices.
Does anyone have any other ideas, or even better, if someone from HP is here, could HP please take care of this problem.
Like I said, we're not the only ones having this problem.
The internet is full of posts about this behavior, unfortunately with no real solution.
I am also happy to answer in German, this is my mother tongue.

Thanks and Regards
pete
