Hi:

What model Wi-Fi card does your notebook come with?

If it has a Ralink RT3290, that happens all the time on the newer builds of W10.

The Bluetooth disappears from the device manager without a trace.

The Wi-Fi adapter will also disappear with that model card.

There is no fix other than to replace the internal Ralink Wi-Fi card with a different model or plug in a USB Bluetooth adapter.

If you are interested in replacing the internal card, this model should work fine.

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure.
