Hi:
What model Wi-Fi card does your notebook come with?
If it has a Ralink RT3290, that happens all the time on the newer builds of W10.
The Bluetooth disappears from the device manager without a trace.
The Wi-Fi adapter will also disappear with that model card.
There is no fix other than to replace the internal Ralink Wi-Fi card with a different model or plug in a USB Bluetooth adapter.
If you are interested in replacing the internal card, this model should work fine.
