My HP ENVY 5030 printer has suddenly lost connection with the network at home and cannot be used via wifi on my mobile.
I have connected it to the PC using a usb cable which works fine so I can print from my PC but would really like to get it connected to the network again so that I can print remotely from my mobile.
The router has not changed or moved.
I've printed a network configuration page but the IP address is blank. There is an ipv4 embedded IP address and subnet mask which I tried manually typing into the settings on control panel of printer but this did not work.
I have tried resetting the network settings but this did not help.
The firmware is up to date.
Can anyone suggest anything please?
