I used to use Bluetooth on Windows 10 Pro on my HP ENVY TS 14 laptop, and it worked perfectly. However, after I started using Windows 11 Pro, Bluetooth is not working. What should I do to get Bluetooth working again on my laptop? If there are any drivers I need to install, please provide a link for me to download them

That is because the Bluetooth radio is onboard the Wi-Fi adapter and needs the Intel Bluetooth driver for the Centrino N-2230 Wi-Fi card.
If the Bluetooth driver is missing, there should be an Unknown device listed in the device manager with a hardware ID of USB\VID_8087&PID_07DA.
You can use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:
How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager
Once you find that device:
I have zipped up and attached the driver file below and you will need to manually install the driver as follows...
Download and unzip the file to its folder. Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager. Click on the Unknown USB\VID_8087&PID_07DA device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver. Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped. Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

You're very welcome.
Intel has removed all driver support for any model Wi-Fi adapter older than the Intel 7265AC, 3168AC or 3165AC which is why I had to give you the only Bluetooth driver available from the Microsoft Update Catalog website.
Fortunately, W10 automatically installs the Wi-Fi drivers for the older model Intel cards.
