I have had this laptop for a few weeks now. It was dead so I plugged it in and turned it on. The WiFi wasn’t working and wasn’t able to fix my driver problems. I went to reset the laptop and it told me there was an error in resetting it. I turned it off and back on and when it turned on it says I have no boot drive installed. Idk what to do. Any help would be great

Let's ensure that the computer's hardware is fully functional first.
- Please run the extensive HP diagnostics by following instructions from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03467259 (HP PCs - Testing for Hardware Failures)
- Follow complete directions from the section "Run the Extensive Test (2 hours or more)" If any component fails, it will display a failure code. Please make a note of it.
Good luck and keep me posted about the developments. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue and give the post a Kudos for my efforts to help. Thank you and have a great week ahead. 🙂
