Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP EliteBook 745 G3 Notebook PC has a sim slot in it..
1. What are are it's uses?
2. How can I use it?
3. What are drivers I need to install to use it?

Thanks for the quick response. Some more questions below.
1. My box runs on WIn10. Are you asking me to switch to Win7 mode? IF yes, How?
2. Does the connection manager work on Win7 only? Any link to get Win10 version?

That was just shown how to do it in a Windows 7. Not exactly for you.
Go through this thread to check if you can really use SIM in your laptop:

All drivers are listed in the link I provided. Mobile Broadband driver is there.
