Hi. I have problem with Miracast system/connection. When I am trying to connect my HP EliteBook 8570p with TV Samsung UE55NU7472 an error is displayed: "The connection can not be made". I am seeing TV on device list in my HP, I am accepting the connection on the TV but later this error appears. What can be a problem?Thank you in advance fo help:)

Hi:
Miracast is not supported on any platform running W10 that has an Intel 3rd generation processor.
See the Intel wireless display specs at the link below.
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000014932/emerging-technologies.html
Processors
One of the following processors is required:
•2nd generation Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7 Mobile Processor (not supported with Windows® 10)
•3rd Generation Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7 Mobile and Desktop Processor (not supported with Windows 10)
•4th Generation Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7 Mobile and Desktop Processor
•5th Generation Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7 Mobile and Desktop Processor
•6th Generation Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7 Mobile and Desktop Processor
If you want to have wireless display, you will have to run W7 - W8.1 on your notebook.

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, that would not be possible.
Perhaps you may want to consider selling your notebook and getting an off-lease Elitebook 850 G1, which was the next model after yours, and those have 4th gen core processors.

Are the requirements for widi the same as for miracast? I am asking because your link refers to WiDi.
I found something like that: https://support.hp.com/emea_middle_east-en/document/c05189396
According to the "Figure 2 : Example of a computer that supports Miracast" my laptop shoud support Miracast.
