i want to put in my dual nano SIM into the laptop - i cannot find the slot or the slot is very small that I don't want to put the card inside - it is not working how the signt is showed on the laptop - slot is at right sideIMG_0471.JPG

Did you buy your machine with WWAN card PRE-INSTALLED (from factory) ? It NOT then please read:

 

NOTE:All models have a SIM card slot and icon, but models that do not have the HP Mobile Broadband Module, a wireless wide area network (WWAN) device, installed at the factory are shipped with a non-removable plug inserted into the slot.
