Hi @jeremy757

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The Code 37 error in Device Manager typically indicates that the driver for the specific hardware device is corrupted or not properly installed. Since you've already tried some troubleshooting steps, let's explore additional suggestions to resolve the issue with your Intel Wireless-AC 9560 adapter.

System Restore:

  • If this issue started recently, you might consider using System Restore to revert your system to a previous state when the wireless adapter was working correctly.
  • To perform a System Restore, type "Create a restore point" in the Windows search bar, select the "System Restore" button, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Check for Windows Updates:

  • Ensure that your Windows operating system is up-to-date. Sometimes, Windows updates include fixes for driver-related issues.
  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.

Intel Driver and Support Assistant:

  • Download and install the Intel Driver and Support Assistant from the official Intel website. This tool can automatically detect and update your Intel drivers.
  • Run the tool and follow the prompts to update the wireless adapter driver.

Roll Back Driver:

  • If you recently updated the driver and the issue started afterward, try rolling back to the previous driver version.
  • Go to Device Manager, locate your wireless adapter, right-click, select "Properties," go to the "Driver" tab, and click on "Roll Back Driver" if available.

Manually Install Driver:

  • Download the latest driver for your Intel Wireless-AC 9560 adapter from the official Intel website.
  • In Device Manager, right-click on your wireless adapter, choose "Update driver," and select "Browse my computer for drivers." Then, choose the downloaded driver file.

Check for Hardware Issues:

  • Ensure that the wireless adapter is properly seated in its slot.

Check for BIOS/UEFI Update:

  • Check if there's a BIOS/UEFI update available for your laptop model. Sometimes, firmware updates can address compatibility issues.
  • Be cautious when updating firmware, as it carries some risks. Follow the HP instructions carefully.

Remember to back up your important data before making significant changes to your system.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
