Product: HP ENVY x2 - 12-e001tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. My HP Envy x2 laptop is more of a tablet that a laptop, so it doesn't have any USB ports.

Needing to use a mouse, I bought a HP Envy Rechargeable Mouse 500.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to pair with my Envy x2.

Without the dongle it doesn't pair with my x360 laptop either.

I thought this product was designed to work with all HP Envy computers. Am I wrong?
