Can you access to any FREE internet around you ? You can use your phone but this would be very expensive.

 

Please ask your neighbors they may be able to help you.

Thanks. I can't do that. It's a huge building and no neighbors. You know how you can have internet with a tablet through your provider? Can I do that with this computer?
