Your machine comes with FreeDOS actually and you made a bad decision to install Windows 7 32 bit on it. Why because

  • Firstly Windows 7 is a dying Operating system, vendors only write/develope Windows 10 drivers for new generations of both Intel and AMD processors.
  • Secondary when nearly all the world are moving to 32 bit OS, you still stay behind with 32 bit OS. Vendors will support 80% or more customers and leave 20% or less behind.

If you wish to continue, please try the following driver for network

     https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/94854/Intel-Dual-Band-Wireless-AC-3168

For unknow device, I need to know its hardware id. For the 3rd one, please try Chipset driver from the following link

   https://www.amd.com/en/support

If still no luck, Install Windows 10 64bit and use drivers from the following link

      https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-bw500-laptop-pc/17062204
