I have in mind to get the AX200 card but before I want to ask you which wifi 6 card which runs more stable for my laptop.

Realtek RTL8723DE 802.11bgn 1 × 1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2
Turbo Lite WLAN SVTP
If you wish to upgrade to AX200 or Wifi 6. You can go ahead and install.
