hi Guys, not having much luck finding anything on Google, so I thought I would ask here,, it doesn't happen all the time but sometimes when the computer connects to the Wi-Fi, it takes it down  and all connections are lost

Hi:

 

Have you tried updating the Realtek wifi and bluetooth drivers to their latest versions>

 

That would be the only suggestion I can offer.

 

Realtek is constantly releasing driver updates for that problematic model wifi card.
