HP Notebook - 15-rb001ne
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sometimes Wi-Fi interrupts the connection or shows an exclamation mark and other times after Windows starts running. The Wi-Fi can not find the network. I think the Wi-Fi has a problem because the network is working on the rest of the machines. Does anyone have a solution or is it a malfunction? Devices
Note: After the restart operation works again

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Firstly, let's perform a Hard reset on the notebook: A power reset (or hard restart) clears all information from the computer's memory without erasing any personal data.

Next Step: BIOS Defaults - (After hard reset follow the below steps while starting the computer)

  • Shutdown the computer.
  • Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
  • Press F10 once for BIOS.
  • Press F9 for BIOS defaults.
  • Press F10 to save and exit. this should fix the issue.

If the issue persists continue next step:

  1. Use the Windows key + X keyboard shortcut to open the Power User menu and select Device Manager.
  2. Expand Network adapters.
  3. Select the name of your adapter, right-click it, and select Uninstall.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
