Hi,
 I have a problem with an hp laptop (OMEN 16-n0009nl) that I recently purchased on your site and that arrived a week ago.
The laptop is having trouble connecting to my modem router's wi-fi network. It can connect to wi-fi when it is 1-2 meters away but it disconnects beyond 4-5 meters. All my other devices don't have this problem and I asked for a techs opinion that it is probably a hardward problem with the wifi network card.
I already tried these but none worked:
- Updated windows 11
-Updated the bios
- Reset bios
- Updated the wifi card driver
- uninstalled and reinstalled the wifi card driver
-network reset
-change dns
Tried switching airplane mode on/off
-connected and disconnected wifi

Can you help please?
If I can't find a solution I'll have to return the notebook or ask for substitution.
