Hello
I browsed some issues about HP products and troubleshoot them successfully, but I don't know why those webpages I visited just looked absolutely fake for me.
I mean this webpage's URL should look like (www.hp.com/support) or something else, but this is now (h30434.www3.hp.com).
As I always browse the internet and different websites and their webpages more and more deeply, I experienced fake websites those the URLs start with (www3) or (ww3), so I decided to report the whole website but I see it's a real website with an ugly URL.
I am sorry for saying that, but that may not be OK for a world-wide website and a large company like that.
Thank you

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Official Website URL!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I completely understand why the URL might have felt a little off at first glance — it almost looks like a “trick door” you’d want to avoid. You’re right that most people expect something simple like hp.com/support.
Just to put your mind at ease: h30434.www3.hp.com is indeed an official HP Support Community site. The “www3” part is simply how our servers are structured, not a sign of a fake or unsafe page. Think of it like walking into a side entrance of the same HP building — the look isn’t as sleek as the front door, but you’re still in the right place.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
